Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Obsido LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at sports.fitness@obsido.store within 7 days.
