Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.
Standard Returns
Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please contact us at sports.fitness@obsido.store with your order number and reason for return.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased from our Sale collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes any item marked as "Sale" or purchased at a discounted price through our Sale page. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective sale item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Denied Returns
Please note: if your return request is denied, the item will not be reshipped to you. By submitting a return, you acknowledge and accept this condition. We strongly encourage you to review our return eligibility requirements before sending any item back.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
